Blending Blades rotate at high speed and anticlockwise direction. Additatives or Binders are perfectly mixed and every particles are evenly coated all around. Intensive mixing of oil bonded sand & Silicate Sand which has been found to be the most efficient method of mixing. In every short-time (3 to 4 minutes) the batch can be ready for discharge as a completely aerated perfectly homogeneous mixture.
